FEBRUARY 2024 INLAFTION RELEASE

BPS Wajo Regency released inflation figures for February on Friday, February 1 2024. The release was carried out live on the BPS Wajo Regency Youtube channel. The inflation figures displayed are the results of the Consumer Price Survey, which was also carried out for the first time by BPS Wajo Regency during February.

Many important things are discussed in this release. First, the month-to-month inflation figures and year-to-date inflation figures for February 2024 are announced. Then, the expenditure and commodity groups that have a dominant contribution to the inflation figures are discussed. Apart from that, a comparison of month to month inflation was also carried out between 8 CPI cities in South Sulawesi.
