Abstract

BPS is a public service provider agency that provides services through the provision of statistical data and information. The dissemination of statistical data and information is carried out by providing an Integrated Statistical Service (PST) unit at BPS at the central, provincial, and district/city levels throughout Indonesia. One form of evaluation of the quality of BPS PST services is through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM). BPS as a provider of statistical data, needs to conduct an analysis of consumer data needs as well as the quality of data and statistical information produced by BPS, so that BPS conducts a Data Needs Survey (SKD). SKD is a survey conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. One of the results of the 2022 SKD implementation is presented in a publication with the title "Analysis of the 2022 BPS Data Needs Survey Results" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
